Bruce Somerstein & Associates, P.C.’s predecessor was originally founded in 1927 as a boutique firm for the insurance industry. In 1983, our managing partner, Bruce Somerstein, acquired the business, broadening the firm’s expertise in other areas such as estate planning, real estate and corporate law.

Our staff is held to a standard of excellence, which we believe is the reason for our many repeat clients and referrals. Our staff is strategic, knowledgeable, and client focused.
